    Acupuncture is a way to maintain overall good health and reduce stress. I've been seeing Sylvia every week for a couple years. Whenever I have a fever or a headache she just puts the needles and it's gone. She also has medicines available if you need. I was out of town and couldn't see her for awhile and I really noticed a difference.

    Regular acupressure massage sessions with Sylvia have taken me, at 87, from limited mobility to walking 20 minutes at a stretch. It's fantastic to experience not only relaxation but also restoration.
