    There’s a male banker here who works in the second office. He never wants to do anything. I went to make an account one day and he said “it would take too long.” So I went to a more professional Chase environment near the galleria and was serviced. This guy is hurting their business and he doesn’t even realize it. Hope a manager speaks to him about his tendency to drive away customers.
