  Great place, as long as you have a "perfect" dog that doesn't bark. We have one of the best behaved dogs in our neighborhood, but when we picked her up today we were told we are not welcome back. We were told our dog has anxiety issues, and kept the owners up every night barking. We can hardly get our dog to bark at anything around here. The best part: NOTHING was said or communicated to us while we were away about this "problem". We even had our dog stay for a night the week before our trip to acclimate to this place, and nothing was mentioned then either.

  Be Aware:
  I brought my dog for a weekend at Creekside Kennel when we first moved to the area. The kennel/grounds were nice and clean. I was confident that my dog would enjoy his weekend playing with the other dogs and enjoying the property. When I drove up to pick up my dog, the owner met me. I asked how her weekend was and she replied, "Well, not so good." She went on to tell me she had problems with my dog being aggressive and "fence fighting". At first, I thought she was joking and on the verge of saying, "I'm just picking... it was great". But that never happened. She went on to tell me that my dog wasn't welcome at her facility unless he overcame his aggression issues.
  I was devastated! I had no idea I had a dog with aggression issues. I immediately hired a local trainer to help with the problem. Within the first session, the trainer told me my dog wasn't aggressive at all...just excited. I found another kennel, warned them about my dog's experience, and left my dog. Upon returning, they said my dog was great and they have no idea why someone would say he had issues with aggression.
  This happened over 4 years ago. Since then, I have overheard numerous people say that have had the SAME problem with Creekside Kennel! Given the recent surge of development in the area, I thought I should take the time to forewarn new dog owners that you may want to consider a kennel that isn't as conveniently located- unless you have a pet who sits quietly and doesn't run, jump or bark while your away.
