    I came here yesterday and had the beef brisket pho. It was delicious. Today I ordered the special vermicelli and by the time it got to my table it was ice cold. The waitress offered to microwave it for me. Seriously? You want to microwave my lettuce and fresh vegetables????? Bad bad bad customer service. My husband's fried chicken was hot and delicious. But seriously?????? I will take my cold food back to my hotel room and microwave it myself. There are plenty of other pho places nearby to put up with bad service.
