    Excellent service and very helpful. My laptop crashed and was very old. We decided to replace it and Fadi saved everything from the hard drive. He then assisted me in selecting the configuration for my new laptop.

    I had an issue with my PC, a Mr. Faddy at the ''DesksideIT'' started to diagnose the problem at the counter, spending approx.. 10 mins.

    He solved the problem, which according to him, was minor. To my surprise, he refused to charge me anything for it, and even insisting he help me carry the heavy game PC to my car.

    A place of integrity and honesty. Thank you.
