    Well first off they have never sent us a bill in the mail. This is poor on their end. Shut our water off without notice. How in the world does this happen?? Never been late on any type of bill in my life. Now they want an extra $100 dollars to get it turned back on? You have to be kidding? What kind of scam are they running??
