  I was referred by a family Member to this doctor, but the first and second call to this office has me concerned. The first call i made to make a new appointment the lady asked me why I was switching providers, but when I tried to explain she kept cutting me off..., then put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I called a few hours later to try again and noticed the same lady answered and when I informed her that I wanted to make a new appt with Dr. Sushma, she passed me off to someone else without warning then the person who took over the call asked me again what I needed... while laughing....by this time I was already frustrated with the whole experience. I'm just going to drive further and pay more to go to my old office because of their customer service alone. I would've liked to switch since I live so close to this office....but they already ruined it for me. Words of wisdom. ..get better front office staff.
