  This is a minus grade for this shop. my son ordered an exhaust for his Nissan 300zx on March 3rd, 3017 so when they we contacted them a week after the order cuz I needed to charge my MasterCard further cuz they don't ship to Canada but anywhere in the US for free? Ok do he tells me it's gonna be an additional 140.00 Canadian and 4 weeks cuz there back ordered. OK I say the a week or so later my son says to cancel the order he can get it made locally. So I email Kyle at Imports to ask that they cancel order and credit my cards. Much after that he stopped responding. A eeek ago or 2 I phoned down to Texas and there was s death in the family we're closed. I left a message regarding my order and the nonservice and they have still refused to treat this customer honestly so I will be letting my bank handle them along with the internet police and the better business bureau. What's wrong with people that charge up your credit I'm not in a financially good place so please credit my accounts .
