  This place is a total scam I have Commercial Insurance and according to my insurance for a new patient they should have charged me no more than $200. This place wanted $800 for a deductible which is outrageous I have never paid $800 for a new patient consult and according to my insurance, searching with other pain management doctors in my area for new patient visits it runs you no more than $130 on average. I ask the front desk if I was a self paid patient around how much would she charge, she said $400. I wonder if my commercial plan knows that there is a huge difference between self pay versus commercial plans which they do now. Don't waste your time with this doctor it's a total scam I guess he's thinking he's some kind of drug dealer wanting to charge anyone any certain amount of money.
