    Horrible! Took my kayak there for a repair called a week later because it was supposed to be complete in 2 days, so I called several times and was put on hold and eventually hung up on this happened SEVERAL TIMES! After a full week of being ignored I decided to pick my kayak up and have it repaired elsewhere, when I walked in and told James I was picking it up he snapped at me and told he ITS NOT READY! So I told him that's fine, I'm just picking it up I have an appointment to have it repaired elsewhere, I was then told "whatever, I was out with no help and that's the way it is, take it and leave" I will never do any business with anyone who treats their customers with this kind of disrespect! Very very unprofessional...
