  Went in 30 minutes before closing but did not feel rushed. Ken gave us great customer service and we left with a smile on our face. He was very knowledgeable of his product and helped us make the best decision. Can't wait to test out our new bed!

  Great deals and even greater customer service! Ken (the sales rep) was polite, knowledgeable and accommodating!
  
  My mattress was delivered promptly, but I noticed some damage to the seam along its' side. The deliveryman told me that it must have occurred in the warehouse and not during delivery, then he guided me through the process of returning it- which led me back to Ken. Ken had it switched out in less than 36 hours.
  
  I couldn't be more pleased with my adjustable bed, and to think I almost let Mattress Firm talk me into buying just a spring mattress for $300 more than my hybrid mattress w/ adjustable base (or what I like to call "hydraulic bed"). Now I'm "hit'n switches" every night when I go to bed!
